Helen Lucre

Helen has 25 years IT related experience, initially gained at a technical level in the area of development, training and implementation of IT Solutions, Helen moved into the IT Recruitment Industry in 1989, she has subsequently gained 20 years experience in this area. Capitalising on her extensive industry knowledge from both an IT and HR perspective, Helen established HLR in 2004 and has successfully built up a well respected and successful recruitment and HR Consulting company. Helen has completed several IT courses and has obtained a certificate in Human Resources Management through UNISA.

Debbie Wilke

Debbie started her IT career in 1992 as a Hardware Software Support Consultant moving into IT Recruitment in 1996. Debbie joined HLR in 2004 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. Her years of experience within the KZN market have established her as a well respected Consultant who competently assists both Clients and Candidates.  Debbie has completed a number of training courses including Labour Law Policies and Procedure Certification.

Catherine Potter

Catherine gained Management and Administrative experience working in the tourism industry in Africa.  She has completed a Diploma in Business Computing and spent two and half years as a Microsoft Trainer. Joining HLR in 2006, Catherine is a Senior Recruitment Consultant covering all IT related roles.

Tracey Lansley

Tracey has extensive administration experience with the last 5 years before joining HLR, gained in  the private sector as an HR/Recruitment Assistant. She joined HLR in 2008 as a Recruitment Administrator.  Tracey is currently completing her B.Com in Industrial and Organisational Psychology.

Abonga Nkwelo

Abonga joined HLR in 2009 as a HR Consultant. He has completed his B.Soc.Sc. degree through Rhodes and is currently studying towards his Honours in Organizational Development. Bongi is completing internal  training and development to focus on broader aspects of HR from a Consultative perspective.

Megan Gordon

Megan joined HLR in 2010 and is currentlty employed as a Junior Consultant while completing internal training. Megan completed a  Diploma in Human Resource Management and Training through Varsity College in 2009 and is currently studying towards a BA Degree in Communication Science through UNISA. Megan has previous experience in the construction industry in both Recruitment and HR services.

Hlengiwe Chonco

Hlengiwe Chonco joined HLR in 2011. Her current responsibilities include reception and front office administration - while completing internal training. Hlengiwe has a keen interest in Human Resource Management studies - she was awarded a National Diploma in 2007 and Graduated with a BTech Degree in 2011.
