| Environment : | CFO required for a National Company with Head Office in Durban. Reporting to the CFO you will be responsible for directing the company's financial function which includes financial, information technology, supply chain, treasury, facilities management and administration responsibilities. |
| Purpose of role : | • Develop and implement financial plans aligned to strategic business plans
• Ensure that optimisation of all policies and procedures within finance functions
• Ultimately responsible for management of companies financial affairs which includes Financial Management, working capital management, company expenditure, company's assets, taxation compliance, statutory compliance, budgeting and business forecasting, management accounting.

| Qualifications Required : | • Chartered Accountant (SA)
• Honours Degree in Finance
|
| Experience Required : | • Minimum 10 years' experience with a minimum of 3 years at executive level
• Experience in managing foreign suppliers, foreign purchases and remitting foreign currencies.
• Experience within telecommunications sector is preferable |
| Skills Required : | • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Solid leadership skills
• Ability to effectively manage a large portfolio of functional duties whilst ensuring the company achieves strategic and organisational goals
• Preference will be given to candidate who meet the companies BEE policy
